Our latest seminar brought together local partners from Utrecht with International participants.

CEMPaC, (The Centre for Empowering Patients and Communities), with the support of EHFF was able to bring contributors from the European Patients Forum, Self-Care Factory, the Danish Committee for Health Education, the International Futures Forum, Healthcare Futurists GmbH and the Global Health Literacy Academy.
